Ingredients
1 lb ground meat
2 cup cauliflower chopped
2 teaspoon steak seasoning
1/4 cheddar cheese shredded
1 tablespoon butter melted
4 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Microwave the cauliflower for 5 minutes.
In the meantime add the beef to a skillet and sprinkle steak seasoning on top.
Once brown, add in cauliflower, cream cheese and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. M
Mix well and then pour into a baking dish.
In a bowl, beat eggs then whisk in cream and butter.
Pour over beef mixture and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
Bake 30 minutes.
